It is no longer possible to register for the European Cultural Heritage Summit. Please note that some events do not require registration. Other events require a separate registration directly with the event organiser. You will find the relevant information by opening the info page of each event.

Registration Fees

For the registration to the European Cultural Heritage Summit the following fees are applicable:

General Administration fee: €10 (non-refundable)

21/06/2018 Heritage Excellence Fair: €50
21/06/2018 Open Heritage Evening: €35
22/06/2018 European Policy Debate “Sharing Heritage – Sharing Values” – AM session: €50
22/06/2018 European Policy Debate “Sharing Heritage – Sharing Values” – PM session &
European Heritage Awards Ceremony: €75
23/06/2018 Guided Tours: €10 per guided tour.
23/06/2018 Europa Nostra General Assembly lunch: €45
23/06/2018 Europa Nostra Excursions to Potsdam: €80 (option I & II) €60 (option III)

All other summit events are free of charge.

Credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard) and bank transfers are accepted.

Deadlines

Cancellations Policy
Cancellations received before 1 June 2018: 100% refund (excluding General Administration fee)
Cancellations received after 1 June 2018: no refund
